Hi, I'm Maria!

I started Planned 2 Perfection after years of gifting my talents and organizational skills to various committees and assisting friends with their weddings and events. I found a purpose in assisting others and knew I could put my skills to use in a fun and helpful way. I love the moment when a couple (or hostess) turns over the reins, takes a sigh of relief, and confidently relaxes, knowing everything is well taken care of. I love seeing my clients (and their Mothers, MOH, etc) happy and relieved to know that I am there to deal with all the issues, hiccups and unforeseen circumstances that can arise. I’m a team player and love to help make the event a success.

Maria was fantastic to work with! Having her on board for our wedding made the process so much smoother and helped decrease the wedding stress. Mother-of-the-Bride

Maria Hayes, of Planned 2 Perfection, was a godsend.
I was in over my head with the planning and execution of the wedding of my daughter. We were having a cocktail party, wedding ceremony, and reception at three different outdoor locations on our property. Needless to say, this took a lot of logistical planning - getting guests to flow naturally from one venue to another would be no easy task. When we met Maria, I realized she was the perfect person to take charge. She's incredibly organized, efficient, and a joy to work with. She was able to anticipate things that I hadn't thought of. Maria dealt with the caterers, photographer, and even organized child care. As soon as the wedding began, I was able to completely relax and enjoy myself, as did all of the guests.
